What is the minimum number of units for customization?
Minimum are 25 units for customization.
Can I order a mix of chiller types or colors?
Yes. You can order any combination of product types or colors that we have available in stock.
Can you place a logo on glassware?
Yes. We can customize our VoChill Selects stemmed and stemless glassware. We can also customize the Spirits Chiller glass.
What type of process do your use to apply customization to the products?
We may either pad print or use a digital UV printer. Both process provide a high-resolution and durable bond to the materials.
Do you etch the glassware?
No. We do not etch the glassware. Etching may weaken the glass and make it more prone to breakage. Durable inks are applied and my be any color.
How long can I expect my order to take?
Depending on product selection, artwork approval, quantity, and shipping requirements, times may vary. But you can expect an average delivery time of three weeks.
