GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your VoChill products as we are.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Please note we are only able to provide one free return shipping label per order. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
During the holidays we realize many items are purchased as gifts so we are happy to extend our window to return. For items ordered after November 1, 2025, the return time period will be extended through January 31, 2026. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

DETAILS OF THE VOCHILL RETURN POLICY:
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
