General Shipping Guidelines

All orders are received and shipped from our warehouse in Austin, TX.

Handling Times
During off-peak holiday season, we pride ourselves in shipping all orders by the next business day from when the order is received. And often, if we receive your order before 3:00pm CST we will be able to ship your order on the same day.

Shipping Transit Times 
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. With standard ground delivery, the majority of the central US will receive their orders in three business days, most of the rest of the contiguous United States in four to five business days.

Business Days & Holiday Timing
Transit times are calculated using business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding carrier-recognized holidays). Saturday delivery is not typical, even with expedited shipping methods, unless specifically requested and available. Holiday closures may extend delivery timelines beyond standard estimates.

Shipping Rates
Rates vary depending on order size and destination. 

Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS but will use other carriers as well to deliver your purchase.

International
For International orders, please reach out to info@vochill.com and we’ll be happy to assist. We partner with the US Postal System and DHL for international shipping.

*If you are purchasing an order in excess of 5 products for international shipping, please contact us at  info@vochill.com so that we can work with you to arrange the best possible shipping option.
