Works okay, but better have the extra chiller. Doesn't stay frozen for very long at all.

Great product but sometimes there’s a little too much condensation on the cradle and the humidity can transfer to your hands.

Love my new stemmed wine chiller. It works great and does its job keeping my Chardonnay chilled. I ordered another cradle to mix colors.

This is a “cool” product, works as described. I no longer have to use an ice cube which waters wine down, I am a slow drinker and prefer my wine cold no matter the brand/color of wine. Ordered Graphite which is just grayish and wish I would have ordered a different color but not disappointed enough to return. Happy customer!
